It’s our 6^th album now and the first album with the Amazing Clone Drum Set !!!, we started in 1986 the recordings and the songs went trashier and more Fuzz and Feedback every year ….. for this record we bought our own home made studio with mixing desk and a 1.5 inch tape machine and microphones from the trashcan, Pumi our Live Mixer and Janosh recorded it in a week, for the first 1000 copies we did a 1000 piece puzzle and a pox as a sleeve… but that item is sold out already now we present you the official version of this TRASH PICE, when we started making the songs for this record I had no lust to write any lyrics to that so we made up most songs free and I sung what I felt like to sing.. it’s anyway all about killing killing some more the falling in love and get killed go to hell and having fun down there…

THIS RECORD IS FULL TRASH, I DON’T THINK THAT ANY SERIOUS RADIO STATION GONNA PLAY THIS BUT IF SO… THEN WE HAVE A CHOISE TO GIVE YOU ON YOUR WAY… PLAY LOUD AS POSSIBLE…we recorded is loud as fuck, so the neighbours came over a view times while we recording that record. but even better is if you come to our shows and we blow your brain away in one second !!!

KUSF (USA) 

Despite the unfortunate choice of title, this is one smoking garage record. Lightning Beatman once again proves he is king. He has the best male voice in rock and roll. The Monsters quickly thrash through fourteen hyped up garage hits in about 30 minutes. "Fuck My Brain", "Sonic Nightmares", "Acid Dreams" and "Diggin' My Grave" plus others. This is the good stuff.

TRIGGERFISH (D) 

Bereits das sechste Album der Schweizer Garagen-Band, aber erst das dritte, das ich bewusst mitbekomme. Was wohl damit zusammenhängt, dass die MONSTERS für mich vor allem relativ profanen, trashigen Sixties-Surf-Sound fabrizieren, wobei ich nicht gesagt haben will, dass das nicht auch Charme hätte. "I See Dead People" ist jedenfalls nicht die schlechteste Platte in dieser Hinsicht, ganz im Gegenteil, denn spätestens nach der Instrumental-Nummer "Sonic Nightmares" (Link Wray wäre stolz auf euch, Jungs!) packen einen die MONSTERS doch irgendwie, ohne dass sie dabei allzu originell wären.
Wahrscheinlich ist es einfach Beat-Mans krächzender Gesang, seine Texte, die irgendwelchen 50er-B-Horrorfilmen entsprungen zu sein scheinen, und ein schwer authentischer, dreckiger Sound mit punkig hingerotzter Attitüde, den viele Bands dieses Genres in dieser Form eben nicht hinbekommen und deshalb auch so arschlangweilig klingen.
So "primitive", wie die MONSTERS behaupten, ist das alles auch gar nicht, eher mal eine konsequente, sehr direkte Hinwendung zu den wirklich elementaren Bestandteilen guten Rock'n'Rolls. (9/10)

Ibland behöver jag rå rak rock.The Monsters har mycket av det jag söker men finner så sällan.De levererar skräpig surfinfluerad garage som inte har det minsta gemensamt med valfritt radiospelat The-band från de senaste två årens våg av ny-rock. Schweizarnas senaste skiva „I See Dead People " är deras sjätte i ordning sedan starten i slutet av 80-talet.De skriver i det illa formulerade pressbladet att det är deras skitigaste någonsin.Trots att jag möter dem för första gången här har jag ingen anledning att betvivla det.Det här är rått så det förslår. Om jag ska dra några snabba liknelser,och det ska jag,så skulle jag vilja placera dem tillsammans med tre svenska kollegor.The Strollers för groovet (minus orgel,för detta instrument nyttjar inte The Monsters).The Hollywoods för skräpet och surfen.The Men för stämning och breddad referens. 

Sångaren Beat-Man hade inte hunnit skriva några texter innan de skulle spela in skivan, så han hittade på texterna medan de spelade in.Det hörs.Det handlar inte direkt om någon djupsinnig lyrik.Men,så vadå?Det svänger,det funkar och det är härligt enkelt att vråla med.

Por incrível que pareça já tocaram no Brasil, em centros urbanos médios como Londrina (!) Eu, como sempre, só fiquei sabendo um ano depois.

I PUNK ROCK (ES)

Contiene 14 canciones.
De nuevo Beat-Man y sus secuaces haciendo ruido del bueno. Comienza con "The love I never had", y parece que le afecta, porque canta con una mla leche, que asusta. Acto seguido, "Fuck my brain", una balada romántica a 500 km/h. Con unos fuzzeos extraídos del mismísimo averno, aparece en escena, la que da nombre al disco; "I see dead people". También hay espacio para un instro. Se trata de "Sonic nightmares", que da paso a otra bestia parda de este disco, llamada "Acid dreams". Pero es con "The other man" con la que tocan el cielo! Satán de mi corazón, qué fuerza tiene esta canción. Sólo con los fuzzeos y la vocecita del hombre Beat se puede llegar a la luna y volver. Pasamos a la cara B. Acelerando un poco el ritmo, se presenta "I'm going away, girl". Los fuzzeos siguen siendo atronadores. Tras ésta, "Kiss you dead", junto con "the Other Man", es la que más me gusta. Comienza fuerte, pero una vez que la canción se asienta, ya se vuelve meteórica. De nuevo, nos ofrecen un tema instrumental, que nos viene de maravilla para relajarnos tras toda la descarga desprendida hasta el momento. Su nombre: "Boss". Pero pronto vuelven a la carga con "...and then you cry", esta si que es una balada, pero a su manera, por supuesto. Se acabaron las tonterías y atacan de nuevo con "You know why". Una salvajada en toda regla. En un tono más ""seductor"", se muestran, con "burn in flames" y con "Diggin' my grave". ésta última es otro tema instrumental.

スイスのサイコ声ガレージ・トラッシュ・バンドの7th。（多分） Voodoo Rhythm Records。 2002年。

サウンド的にはあまりガレージっぽくなくなってパンキッシュ（？）になった気がする。 ヴォーカルのサイコ声度が上がっていたり、音的にはまったく分からなかったけれどドラムが2人になっていたり。（彼らは"Clonedrum"って呼んでいるみたい）

前作までよりもギターの音の種類が増えている。（以前まではファズか箱モノ・ギターっぽいクリーンな感じのほぼ2種類） ファズもジャキジャキなサウンドから中域の太さを利用した音まで聞ける。 さらに言うと、ギターが2本聞こえるナンバーもちょいちょいある。（オーバー・ダブ？） 公式サイトの写真を見ると、使用ギターはGibsonのES-335っぽい。（もしくはそれに準ずるモデル）

お気に入りは、"I See Dead People"とか"I'm Going Away, Girl"とか"You Know Why"あたり。 "I See Dead People"も"You Know Why"もサーフみたいなギター・リフが最高。 ヴォーカルのテンションもめちゃくちゃ高くてシャウトしまくりなナンバー。 "I'm Going Away, Girl"は、タップ・ダンスみたいにリズミカルで早口なヴォーカルがイカす。 インスト・ナンバーが2曲あり、荒野が似合いそうなシブい曲もいくつかある。

全14曲約34分。

NO BRAINS

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW, Monsters new LP really kicks ass. It's a bit more garagey than their other stuff, but it's really brilliant - it will just blow your mind. There is sooooo much fuzz - that special Monsters fuzz sound, it's soooo dirty, raw and acid. Monsters will just mess your mind with their voodoo magic - they already messed mine. My favorites are "Kiss You Dead" - great fuzz riff, surfy solo guitar, screams from far beyond this world, and creepy "... And Then You Cry" that reminds me of "For Your Love" (Yardbirds). This is one of the best records released this year.
